Excellent location. Excellent staff who went above for us during our stay. Highly recommend.

Location & friendly staff

Seem to be a wind tunnel through the hotel. Whenever the front door was open a breeze would come in under the door and the door would rattle loudly. And we were on the 3rd floor.

Great, welcoming staff. Always willing to help with ferry schedules, restaurant reservations and booking transportation.

Perfect location for viewing the lake. Beautiful interior. Nice garden for enjoying a cocktail and viewing the lake.

Exceptional Hospitality and Elegant Design

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It was impeccably clean and perfectly situated near the funicular, cathedral, ferry pier, waterfront, restaurants, and shops. The staff was exceptionally hospitable, especially towards my child. The hotel's design was stunning, from the furnishings to the city crest-adorned plates and silverware. Thanks to their warmth and welcoming atmosphere, it felt just like home. Highly recommended!

The Christmas atmosphere was amazing as in romantic movies. Breakfast was delicious and a view made it as well. Personal was super friendly and kind to me.

The only thing that bothered me is the waving hot water. It's not acceptable for the price I payed per night to deal with a lack of hot water in the bathroom.

Everything! This is an amazing hotel in an awesome location and so very convenient to all Como has to offer! The staff is second to none and were so friendly and helpful all the time! We stayed a week and had absolutely the best room in the hotel with a large balcony! The views from the room are stunning! The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays and made the stay feel like home. The daily breakfast is the best we’ve ever had in a hotel and was included with our room! The food options were simply amazing! The wait staff were so professional and kind and made our visit extra special. What a place to culminate a nice long holiday vacation in Europe! Thank you to everyone at Albergo Terminus for this wonderful memory!
